      Warnings

      Platinum Instant Sourdough is NOT intended to be used in place of a sourdough starter in a traditional sourdough recipe that calls for a sourdough starter. Use it to replace active dry or instant yeast in any recipe to add sourdough flavor.

      Since the packet contains a blend of yeast and sourdough starter, only full packets of Platinum Instant Sourdough should be used in recipes.
