Directions

You Will Need: 1 lb. lean ground beef or equivalent plant-based alternative. 1 can (15 oz.) pinto or kidney beans, drained. 1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes. Directions: 1. In a large saucepan, cook ground beef. Drain, returning beef to pan. 2. Add beans and tomatoes to pan. 3. Add seasoning mix and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until desired thickness is reached.

Tips: Slow-cooker: Add 15 oz. tomato sauce; cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Cook down leftovers for Hearty Nachos.
