Genexa Acetaminophen Extra Strength temporarily relieves minor aches and pains and temporarily reduces fever. Both a fever reducer and a pain reliever, each caplet contains 500 mg of acetaminophen to use for minor aches and pains due to headache, toothache, muscular aches, minor pains of arthritis, backache, the common cold and premenstrual and menstrual cramps. We only use ingredients people deserve – no artificial fillers, no parabens, and no common allergens. For use by adults as well as children 12 years and over.

Directions: Do not take more than directed (see Overdose warning). Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: Take 2 caplets every 6 hours while symptoms lasts.
